Under general supervision, the successful candidate for this position will identify, build and maintain relationships to effect delivery of the best-qualified candidates for targeted clinical positions.
The clinical recruiter's duties will include initiating a variety of recruitment strategies to fill psychiatrists, psychologists, RNs and other clinical positions throughout the State of Georgia
He/she will partner with DBHDD leaders to determine staffing needs, analyze data/trends, develop job announcements, target markets and direct source candidates through cold calling, internet sourcing, networking, referral, resume database, headhunting, online communities, etc.
The clinical recruiter will be involved in the selection and interview process, attend job/career fairs and take part in departmental panels/work groups
This position requires flexibility, professional maturity, travel and the ability to lift, transport and assemble recruitment exhibits/displays

Completion of a bachelors degree from an accredited college or university AND two years of related professional clinical recruiting experience OR Masters degree in a related area AND one year of related professional clinical recruiting experience OR One year of experience in an equivalent area to the lower level.
Note: Professional experience may substitute for the degree on a year by year basis

Prior healthcare or agency experience
Previous clinical work experience, such as RN, Social Worker, Psychologist, etc.
Heavy cold calling experience
Strong networking skills
Proven lead generation techniques
Current internet sourcing strategy implementation
Experience networking with professional organizations, colleges, government agencies, community and civic groups
Familiarity with Behavioral Health practitioners
Presentation experience
Recruitment strategy development
