Program Assistant - Intake & Evaluation
Under general supervision, performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the Intake & Evaluation staff.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communication to providers and staff
- Copying and scanning
- Record keeping
- Entering data from forms
- Maintaining applicable records
- Conduct comprehensive research using a variety of resources to generate reports and respond to requests
- Review travel documents
- Maintain a database to track new individuals in the waiver program
- DMA-6 tracking
- Maintain several databases and spreadsheets
High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience OR one year of vocational/technical school or college education OR one year at the lower level or at an equivalent position
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel

This position is a pay grade 9 on the statewide salary plan.
This position is located in the Region 3 Regional Office in Tucker, GA (DeKalb County).
