Program Associate - Central Unit
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Associate at Georgia Regional Hospital - Atlanta, located in Decatur, GA.
Performs a variety of clerical support functions for the ___________Unit.
Conducts clerical research, gathering and compiling information using a variety of resources to prepare, assemble or generate reports
Receive, screen and direct telephone communications and greet or assist internal or external customers
Operates office equipment and maintains supplies
Provides general clerical support to the unit to include such tasks as data entry/maintenance, copying/distributing documents and materials, maintaining record-keeping and filing systems, etc.
High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience OR One year of vocational/ technical school or college education OR One year at the lower level or at an equivalent position
Preference will be given to those who, in addition to meeting the above qualifications, also possess the following:
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to maintain routine clerical records
Ability to maintain and update filing, inventory and mailing system
Ability to prepare ll related reports

This position is a pay grade 10 on the statewide salary plan.
