Program Associate - Nursing Administration
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Program Associate in Nursing Administration at Georgia Regional Hospital At Savannah (please visit www.garegionalsavannah.com for more information about the hospital).

This position will assist with the Nursing Staff licensing maintenance process, maintaining files. Will organize meetings, prepare agenda, take and distribute minutes. Will order and maintain supplies for Nursing Department. Will schedule interviews, appointments, training. Will perform other office duties such as data entry, preparing excel spreadsheets for data collection, maintaining staff competency files. Will prepare hiring process paperwork, maintain current staff roster. Responsible for filing, scheduling travel and conferences, answering/screening/directing phone calls for Nursing Department.
High school diploma or GED and two years of related experience OR One year at the lower level or at an equivalent position OR Two years of college or Associate degree.
Experience in MS Office Suite--Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Experience taking minutes, scheduling, and calendaring. Experience as an office assistant for a minimum of two years.
