Incident Management Assistant
The Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Incident Management Assistant in the Incident Management Department at Georgia Regional Hospital At Savannah (please visit www.garegionalsavannah.com for more information about the hospital).
This position will provide office support for Incident and Risk Management and Security departments, including, but not limited to, audit preparation, E-procurement supplies ordering, competency file and personnel records maintenance, Kronos timekeeping management. Will be responsible for attending meetings and taking minutes, including writing and distribution of minutes. Will preserve confidentiality at all times and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Will perform clerical duties such as filing, faxing, data entry, and other relevant duties as assigned.
High school diploma or GED and one year of related experience OR One year of vocational/ technical school or college education OR One year at the lower level or at an equivalent position
Knowledge of MicroSoft Word, Power Point, and Excel. Typing skills of at least 45 wpm required. Knowledge of privacy laws / HIPAA regulations. At least two years of administrative experience to include minute taking. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
