Job Description

Georgia Regional Hospital at Savannah is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Custodial Services Worker with the Environmental Services Department. 

This position works 29 hours a week, varied shifts.

 Job Description:

Performs any combination of duties to maintain order, sanitation, and cleanliness in facilities This is the entry/training level of the Housekeeping job series. Incumbents at this level may require additional training or experience to gain full proficiency in some or all of the job responsibilities



Any combination of training and experience that would have enabled the applicant to have acquired the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities

Preferred Qualifications

Must have some basic knowledge of housekeeping, cleaning chemicals and how to operate some equipment used in cleaning. Also must be physically able to lift 25-50 pounds and squat, stoop or bend as required for cleaning.


$8.50 / hour. This is an hourly position with no benefits associated.
